Step 3: The special group rate is available for guests wishing to extend their stay two days before and after convention.

On or after March 10, 2026 registration will open for the 2026 SD State P.E.O. Convention.

To register as a Delegate or Alternate Delegate follow these steps:

Step 1: Click the button labeled: CLICK HERE TO REGISTER

Step 2: Select the GREEN button for Active P.E.O. Member.

Step 3: Fill out the form as either Delegate or Visitor/ Alternate Delegate.

Step 4: Once your chapter's first delegate is registered, you can then register your second delegate.

ALTERNATE DELEGATE IMPORTANT NOTE:

If your alternate delegate plans to attend convention as a visitor, have them register before the deadline so meals are ordered for them.

If your alternate delegate does not plan to attend convention unless the delegate is unable, DO NOT fill out the registration.

*This helps ensure the proper number of meals are ordered during convention and helps keep convention costs low.

On or after March 10, 2026 registration will open for the 2026 SD State P.E.O. Convention.

To register as a Visitor follow these steps:

Step 1: Click the button labeled: CLICK HERE TO REGISTER

Step 2: Select the GREEN button for Active P.E.O. Member.

Step 3: Fill out the form as either a Visitor/ Alternate Delegate or Visitor.

Why is this important?

If you are an active member for the 2026-27 year, you are eligible to attend the business meetings during convention. This does NOT mean you need to attend business meetings, you can simply attend the meals if that is your wish.

The only difference is if a vote is taken, a visitor is not eligible to vote.

On or after March 10, 2026 registration will open for the 2026 SD State P.E.O. Convention.

To register as a Guest follow these steps:

Step 1: Click the button labeled: CLICK HERE TO REGISTER

Step 2: Select the BLUE button for Non-P.E.O. Member.

Step 3: Fill out the form and select the meals you will be attending.

Step 4: Note your total cost of your meal(s) and complete payment to the Convention Treasurer.

Step 1: Click the button CLICK HERE TO REGISTER.

Step 2: Select the BLUE Non-P.E.O. Member button.

Step 3: Fill out the contact information as your Guest (they will need to receive the confirmation email).

Step 4: Select the correct number of meals being purchased as well as the guest names if including them under your registration.

NOTE: There is no need to fill out multiple guest registrations if they are being paid for by one check or Venmo payment.

Step 1: Click the button CLICK HERE TO REGISTER.

Step 2: Select the BLUE Non-P.E.O. Member button.

Step 3: Fill out the contact information for yourself.

Step 4: Select the correct number of meals you wish to purchase as well as the guest names if including them under your registration.

NOTE: There is no need to register each Guest separately if they are being paid for by one check or Venmo payment.
